Shipping Origin

All orders are shipped from our office in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

Shipping Charges

  • We currently offer shipping across India only.
  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. Our system automatically selects the most suitable delivery partner.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will incur an additional COD charge, visible at checkout.
  • In case of returns or exchanges, an additional fee may apply for arranging reverse pickup, depending on the location.

Dispatch & Delivery Timelines

  • Orders are typically dispatched within 2–3 business days.
  • Orders requiring customization may take longer to dispatch, and the timeline will be communicated accordingly.
  • The estimated delivery date is provided on the product pages.
  • Please note: While we aim to meet the estimated delivery timeline, unforeseen delays due to external factors such as weather, strikes, or courier issues may occur.

Incorrect Shipping Address

  • Customers are solely responsible for providing the correct shipping address during checkout.
  • Label Kansha will not be held liable for delays, failed deliveries, or additional charges due to an incorrect or incomplete address.
  • If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address (e.g., wrong house number, street name, or postal code), the customer will be required to pay for reshipping.

Damaged, Tampered, or Opened Packages

  • If your package appears tampered with, damaged, or opened at the time of delivery, do not accept the parcel.

Partial Cancellations

  • In the case of partial order cancellations, please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
