Return, Exchange & Refund Policy – Label Kansha

At Label Kansha, we value your trust and want to ensure a smooth shopping experience. Please read our Return, Exchange, and Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. General Return Policy

  • We offer exchanges or store credit only — no monetary refunds, unless the item is damaged or defective.
  • You may request a return within 48 hours of delivery.
  • All returns are subject to a quality check and accepted at the sole discretion of our team.

2. Eligibility for Return

To qualify for a return:

  • The product must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.
  • It should be returned in its original packaging with all tags and labels intact.
  • Items with any perfume, body odor, or visible wear will not be accepted.
  • You must provide proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).

3. Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Custom-made or altered items
  • Special delivery or personalized orders

4. Return & Exchange Request Process

  • Email labelkansha@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Use the subject line: Order #[Your Order Number] – Return Request.
  • Mention your reason for return and attach clear photographs showing the issue (if applicable).
  • Once approved, the item must be shipped back within 72 hours.

5. Returning the Product

  • Ship the product to our designated warehouse and share tracking details via email or WhatsApp.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping charges.
  • A reverse pickup can be arranged upon request for an additional fee.

6. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are available for size, color, or pattern changes (subject to availability).
  • Price differences, if any, must be paid before the exchange is dispatched.
  • Additional shipping charges apply.
  • A valid phone number is required to coordinate exchanges and payments.
  • We cannot guarantee stock availability of alternate products.

7. Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is:

  • Defective
  • Damaged
  • Significantly different from the product description

Email us at labelkansha@gmail.com with clear photos within 48 hours of receipt. We will evaluate and offer a replacement, exchange, or refund (as per case).

8. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and approved, a store credit (credit note) will be emailed within 7–10 business days.
  • In case of manufacturing defects or damaged items, we may issue a refund to the original payment method (within 7–10 business days for prepaid, or up to 35 days for COD orders).
  • Customers must provide clear product images to initiate inspection and refund eligibility.
  • Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.

9. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement.
  • Email labelkansha@gmail.com with the subject: Order #[Your Order Number] – Cancellation Request.
  • Cancellations within this window may be eligible for a full refund or credit note (subject to management approval).
  • Credit notes are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
  • If Label Kansha cancels your order due to unforeseen reasons, a full refund will be processed with no liability on either side.

10. Non-Refundable Charges

  • Shipping fees
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) charges
  • Customization or alteration fees

11. Product Care Advisory

  • Our products feature hand-embroidery and delicate detailing.
  • Minor beadwork or sequin displacement may occur and is not considered a defect.
  • Creasing may occur during shipping; steam ironing is recommended.
